Jillian Long

Family Empowerment Coordinator

Jillian Long is an adaptable and creative professional who loves to go on adventures. She has always known that she has wanted to help children and families, and she quickly fell in love with the mission at Jeremiah’s Place. Jillian joined Jeremiah’s Place as a student intern in 2014, and was hired on as a Therapeutic Childcare Staff following her graduation. As the Family Empowerment Coordinator, Jillian is the primary contact for Jeremiah’s Place families as they are seeking emergency childcare, completing intakes and updates and scheduling for the center. She also works with community agencies to educate them about our services and how to make proper referrals to our program.

Jillian holds her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Carlow University. She is a native of Ligonier, PA. She loves to spend time with her nieces and her pet cat. She likes to playing video games, watching foreign television shows and movies, and traveling all over the world.
